Every day, an average of 2,000 people buy a new Toyota vehicle and Toyota had no communication beyond purchase. In addition, Toyota has a ton of great benefits that come along with their cars. The only problem is nobody knows about them. We shrunk Toyota's spokeswoman to megabyte size to fix that and be a personalized concierge for everything you need to know with your new Toyota.

RESULTS
17 videos with a completion rate of 76%, dozens of personalized modules across the digital/print design systems, and a 43% click to open rate. These numbers resulted in Toyota’s most engaged CRM Campaign ever.
