ROLE: For three years, I led the art direction and design for Toyota's CRM campaigns, creating emails, microsites, direct mail, and videos to promote new and existing vehicles.

TOYOTA OWNERS - POWER UP! WITH JAN: Every day, an average of 2,000 people buy a new Toyota vehicle and Toyota had no communication beyond purchase. In addition, Toyota has a ton of great benefits that come along with their cars. The only problem is nobody knows about them. We shrunk Toyota's spokeswoman to megabyte size to fix that and be a personalized concierge for everything you need to know with your new Toyota.

RESULTS: 17 videos with a completion rate of 76%, dozens of personalized modules across the digital/print design systems, and a 43% click to open rate. These numbers resulted in Toyota’s most engaged CRM Campaign ever.

4RUNNER - KEEP IT WILD: We aimed to provide outdoor enthusiasts with a virtual experience of the 4Runner’s off-road capabilities, allowing them to engage with the action while supporting sales and maintaining enthusiasm for the vehicle. More importantly, you can experience various epic adventures, keeping it wild no matter where you are. Using targeted, personalized email and direct mail communications, we drove traffic to a landing page that gave SUV shoppers the chance to virtually test-drive the 4Runner from the comfort of their desktop, tablet, or mobile device in a hyper-real off-road adventure. 

RESULTS: 3.5MM reach / 34% CTO / 18% sales increase

Sienna helps organize the hectic lives of parents so they can focus on what really matters: raising their children. If those precious moments aren’t cherished, they disappear as quickly as they arrive. Parenting only has one universal truth. It goes fast. We say hold on.

RESULTS: This concept won new business against 3 other competing agencies
